A dial session calls several leads at once for one agent. The first person who picks up is connected to the agent and the other lines are dropped.

Parallel dialing
- Set 1 to 5 lines per agent, or let the line count follow your live answer rate.
- In an agent pool, a second person who picks up goes to the next free agent.
- Every line rings at least 15 seconds before it is dropped.
- Only answered minutes are billed. Unanswered lines and the agent's time between calls are not.

$0.12 per answered minute, all in. Parallel dialing has no separate charge.
